This year’s edition of Batlictech Conference will Take place in GDYNIA Hotel on 19th and 20th of November 2011.
Prelections starts on Saturday 19th of November at 9:30 a.m. The Batlictech Conference Main Office will be open on Friday from 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m.
Those, who used Internet to registration, and have already done payments by bank transfers, are obligated to receive their ID Cards and guides in “Fast Line”. Others can register in BC Main Office.
Prelections will be performed in polish and English language, and translated simutlatively. Organizator provides headphones, but keep in mind that your ID will be taken as a deposit.
Entrance to Diving Trades cost is 20,00 PLN (polish zloty) per guest. Children under 14 years old enter for free
BC Pool and additional conference hall
This year’s newness is a possibility given to exhibitors or diving instructors to use BC Pool or additional, small conference hall, which can comfortably seats up to 25 people. Using this small conference hall allows instructors to perform their own workshops or e.x. finish their course.
Terms and conditions of renting BC Pool or additional conference hall are available at BC Main Office or by Organisators.

Location
The Hotel GDYNIA is situated in the city Centre, 200mtrs from the main street of Gdynia city – Swietojanska Street and 1000mtrs from main rail station. It is also situated only 20 minutes away from Lech Walesa Airport and a ferry harbor Gdynia – Karlskrona.
There is a lot of parking spaces around the Hotel, available through the whole weekend without any charge.

The cost of thicket does not include the cost of accomodation.

Alimention
There is an option to get a dinner on Saturday. You can pay for it during registration. During “Diving Party” organisators will provide buffet lunch.
Diving Party
On Saturday at 8:00 p.m. in two halls of Hotel GDYNIA the “Diving Party” will take place. In the first room there will be a buffet lunch (free of charge for participants). The second room is intendend for drinks and music. Drinks are paid separately by guests. We want to have great fun untill late night. As always!
Prize Draw
On Saturday, after the last speach, tere will be a prizes lottery, traditionally sponsored by exhibitors.

Visiting the National Center of Hyperbaric Medicine
We all do not want to be a patient in Hyperbaric Centre for sure. However visiting this place as a guest may be very interesting. Hyperbaric Centre is situated few kilometers from Baltictech Conference, and we offer you a free lift. The bus will be waiting for you in front of Orbis Gdynia Hotel.
We are planning to visit whole Hyperbaric Centre, make a presentation of Saturate System and therapeutic and experimental chambers. More details here: http://www.hiperbaria.eu/
Orda Cave photo exhibition
A large group of divers from Russia, will present an original exhibition of photos taken during Orda cave exploration. A Very interesting structurally cave is situated about 1500 km east from Moscow. Orda is one of the largest gypsum cave in the world.
