Only the Conference Participants who purchased a ticket for the entire conference have the opportunity to participate in the prize draw.
Organizers, exhibitors and person directly associated with them will not receive a lottery ticket and do not participate in the lottery.
Raffle coupons will be collected at the Conference Office on Saturday 19th November till 17.00
The Prize Draw Ceremony will be held on Saturday 19th November at 19.00
If the winning participant will not be present during the Prize Draw Ceremony, the prize will be sent to his address.
Only correctly and legibly filled coupons will take part in prize draw.
The coupon must contain the image number of image that the participant picks the Grand Prix
