Immi Wallin

Immi Wallin is an ichtyonomist and General Director of SubZone Oy, a company specializing in underwater operations. She has over 30 years’ experience of scientific technical diving and underwater technology. She has captain license for vessels up to 500brt at the Baltic Sea and is the captain of SubZone’s research vessel. Immi Wallin is a rebreather diver, ROV pilot and sonar technician as well as technical diving instructor trainer and Medical First Aid Instructor Trainer with 20+ years’ experience. Immi Wallin has extensive experience of developing wreck documentation techniques as well as underwater habitat survey techniques. Immi Wallin has been offering the infrastructure, logistics and implementation of the fieldwork thru SubZone Oy for various underwater archaeological projects including search, documentation and identification of shipwrecks.

There are a few people in the world that has found the way of solving this equation. I’m telling about the coolest profession that can be described as shipwreck searcher and explorer. You will hear and see the backgrounds and implementation of wreck research projects that I have been conducted under my underwater operations company SubZone.
