Radosław Sieniawski naval lieutenant, born 27.12.1983 in Ostroleka. A graduate of the Naval Academy. Professional diving career started in Polish Navy in 2008. Currently head of demining section in the Group of Mine Divers in Gdynia. Qualifications: Head of the underwater blasting operations, a senior miner diver.
Subject of the lecture: Duds on the Baltic seabed are still dangerous
During the lecture the speaker will present the data on the number of dangerous objects littering the sea since the World War II. He will pay attention to the amount of neutralized duds by the group of Miner Divers in Gdynia. Radoslaw Sieniawski will present the recent 'discoveries' and discuss how they got rid of them. The lecture will focus primarily on the presentation of the risks connected to the duds and divers reaction/behaviour in contact with them.
